Projects and plans

• Advances cover planning and work already started, so they're non-refundable once work begins
• Monthly plans can be stopped with 30 days' notice after the minimum term

Beyond events

• Full refund up to 48 hours before the event
• After that, you can pass your ticket to a friend or move it to a later event
• If we cancel, you get a full refund

Products

Comics and card games can be returned unopened within 7 days of delivery.
